Additionally contained in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling various areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
